SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer standard EMS shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery time for orders made before 3pm in Bangkok, should be received the following work day. For other parts of Thailand, 2-3 working days. International orders estimates 3-5 working days. We are not responsible for International customs clearance, please research before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns on faulty or incorrect orders. Customers have up to 30 days to return the product for a refund or replacement. We package our products to minimize any damage caused during transit and are not responsible for the courier service.
